Global Tutor/Design Manager - Accenture HR Services - Learning Services Oct 2000 – Feb 2003

My training role during this period was working in a global environment to support the training needs of Concert, BT's global joint venture with AT&T. This role required me to consistently manage projects with aggressive timescales in order to meet my client's commercial targets. This was achieved by having the ability to manage my business life to meet the demands of my clients.
My audiences varied considerably around the world from technical to non-technical. This period in my career enabled me to experience many different business cultures whilst delivering my training solutions in the USA, UK, Ireland, Spain, Switzerland, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and Australia.
The largest project that I managed during this time was to design a training programme that would support the successful unwind of the joint venture in August 2002. The challenge was to design and deliver training to AT&T in Sydney, Australia so that they could maintain their own Global Network Management Centre and therefore enabling a successful transition from BT's centre in Atlanta, USA.
